PS Plus May Free Game Line Up

PS Plus May 2019 Free Game Line Up Revealed

Another month and another slew of free games joining the PS Plus line up. The May 2019 selection may not be the most robust line up of titles, but does offer a good combination of variety and excellent titles for anyone looking to jump into the offered games for the first time.

A leak earlier today provided a possibility of what PS Plus subscribers could be seeing with the new free game lin up, and it appears to be spot on. The new line up which starts next week includes the party cooking challenge game Overcooked and the adventure narrative title What Remains of Edith Finch.

While both titles may not exactly be the big budget AAA titles most of us hope for every month, both are excellent and critically acclaimed titles in the smaller indie space. Both received incredibly high scores overall upon release, while they also both scratch an itch of two different gaming spectrums.

Overcooked is perfect for party gamers to try their hand at cooperative kitchen-based challenges, while What Remains of Edith Finch takes players through an emotional story that explores the tragic deaths of the Finch family.

Both titles will be available as a part of the PS Plus free game line up starting next week on May 7, 2019.
