According to recent statements from XboxEra co-founder Nick Baker, during an episode the XboxEra Podcast, the highly rumored upcoming installment in the Persona series, Persona 6 will launch for Xbox day one, as opposed to several previous installments which have all launched as PlayStation exclusives first. These claims also go against previous rumors that the title will launch as a PlayStation exclusive. However, as many Persona games are now multi-platform including the upcoming Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica, it wouldn’t be surprising if the title releases on multiple platforms as well. Persona 5 Tactica will launch on November 17 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam, and Persona 3 Reload will launch in early 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store.
