As spotted online in an updated box art template, it looks like the upcoming Oblivion Remastered physical Deluxe Edition will not have the full content on disc. As spotted by Wario64, the art template was updated to say ‘Internet required’ on PlayStation 5 and that a PSN voucher code will be included for the Deluxe Edition content. Additionally the box notes ‘Requires Content Download’ on Xbox Series X.
The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered physical Deluxe Edition is set to include the base game, new quests for Akatosh and Mehrunes Dragon Armours, weapons and Horse Armour sets, the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions, the digital artbook and soundtrack, and several other DLCs including Fighter’s Stronghold, Spell Tomes, Vile Lair, Mehrune’s Razor, The Thieves Den, Wizard’s Tower, The Orrery, and Horse Armor Pack. The game’s details:
Nearly 20 years after The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion shaped the RPG genre, it is time again to turn the tide of darkness. This handcrafted remaster in 4K resolution runs at 60 frames per second, and brings the wonderous world of Cyrodill to audiences both old and new.
In the shadow of evil, a hero will rise from the ashes of a fallen empire. The gates have been opened, and the battle has begun.
