The upcoming Persona spin-off sequel for the 3DS consoles, Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, is nearing its western June 4, 2019 release date. As we veer closer to launch day, Atlus has enticed fans with a brand new story trailer.

The Persona Q series takes the vibrant casts of the Persona franchise and provides an energetic dungeon crawling experience akin to the Persona gameplay. While the first Persona Q title revitalized the Persona 3 and 4 cast in an adventure similar to Persona 4 dungeon experience, New Cinema Labyrinth adopts the much more riveting Persona 5 battle mechanics.
Starring Joker and co. from Persona 5, along with the previous characters from the both the third and fourth installments of the series, Persona Q2 will take players on a journey where plenty of popular film references make themselves present throughout the story. A game for cinema fanatics of many genres, New Cinema Labyrinth will bring an all-new story to the center stage.
Also added to the experience, the female protagonist from Persona 3 Portable on the PSP system will be making her appearance for the first time in the spin-off series. With the combination of Persona 3’s S.E.E.S. team, Persona 4’s Investigation Team and Persona 5’s Phantom Thieves, Persona Q2 will provide the ultimate Persona experience for the most die-hard fans of the franchise.
Persona Q2 is set to release in the west on June 4, 2019 exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS system.
