According to a recent Bloomberg report, Naughty Dog is targeting a 2027 release window for Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. However, this is just a basic target and not fully set, as Naughty Dog will reportedly outline its schedule after the holidays. In order to try and meet this target, the developers have had to go into crunch with most staff reportedly putting in a mandatory seven weeks of overtime, leading to an additional eight hours weekly, to “get the production back on track.” Additionally, it seems the studio is also worried about the crunch getting worse as development continues.
