New images have recently leaked for the upcoming Resident Evil game Resident Evil Requiem. The images showcase the new protagonist, Grace Ashcroft, in a closed-off area that resembles the Wrenwood Hotel and features the monster seen in the reveal trailer. Additionally, according to the leak, the game has a 30-minute demo that allows players to experience the game in both first-person and third-person perspectives. Apparently, the game can be played in both perspectives throughout the entire game. Lastly, the leaker claims the developer hinted at a second playable character in the game who was “familiar” and had “a bunch of weapons.” This hints the character may be Leon or Chris. Resident Evil Requiem will launch on February 27, 2026 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
