Maingear Announces Most Powerful Intel Processor

Maingear has announced the release of the brand-new Intel® 9th Gen Core i9-9900KS for all Maingear desktop gaming PCs.

Heralded as the “ultimate gaming processor,” the i9-9900KS offers eight cores across 16 threads and “features up to 5.0GHz.

In celebration of the new processor’s release, Maingear is offering the i9-9900KS in “select desktop configurations, like the award-winning VYBE, with a Limited Edition VYBE 9900KS Edition — in extremely limited quantities… The VYBE 9900KS Edition combines this monstrous processor with [a] NVIDIA RTX2080 Ti, Asus ROG Ryujin 360 RGB AiO CPU Liquid Cooler with color display that helps users keep temperatures low and all-white VYBE chassis.”

The i9-9900KS processor’s key features include up to 5.0GHz all-core turbo frequency, with 4.0 base core frequency; eight cores across 16 threads; seamless 4K gaming; and Intel Performance Maximizer, which “makes it easy to dynamically and reliably custom-tune the unlocked processor based on the processor’s individual performance DNA.”

Maingear is a company that specializes in gaming PCs, workstations, and notebooks, customizing their hardware to fit consumers’ needs and desires. In addition, Intel is known for their high-end gaming processors, which are the preferred choice for both use and sponsorship for many gamers, streamers, and video game developers (such as Creative Assembly with their Total War franchise).

With companies constantly vying for dominance in the technological innovations market, particularly when it comes to gaming, this new Intel processor adds another expensive but high-quality piece of hardware to the already-extensive industry. Intel and AMD are consistently locked in a struggle for superior processing power when it comes to gaming PCs, but Intel tends to have a more robust fan base.
