CD Projekt Red confirmed in a blog post that a livestream dedicated to showing off the 15-minute gameplay demo of Cyberpunk 2077 shown off to industry insiders during Gamescom 2019 will air at the end of this month. The upcoming demonstration will provide a closer look at what fans can expect form the upcoming highly anticipated RPG as the demo explores one of Night City’s districts – Pacifica.

“Next week we’re going to host a stream during which we’ll unveil a 15-minute edit of what we’ve been showing to journalists and gamers here at gamescom, and then interview devs from the studio for additional information on what you just saw. Expect a lot of insight into the thought process behind creative decisions, information about Pacifica—one of the districts of Night City—and TONS of stuff on playstyles you’ll be able to adopt when you launch Cyberpunk 2077 next year.” – CD Projekt Red

Fans can tune into to either Mixer or Twitch to catch the livestream when it’s set to air on August 30, 2019 at 11AM PT/2PM ET. The livestream is sure to reveal plenty of exciting tidbits of information regarding life in Night City as an android within a riveting Cyberpunk universe. It was also revealed earlier during Google’s showcase at Gamescom that Cyberpunk 2077 will be making its way over to the upcoming game streaming service, Stadia.

CD Projekt Red is the acclaimed studio behind The Witcher series, most notably The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The developer also stated that the gameplay demo was initially planned for viewing during PAX West, but it seems their plans have changed as they’ll be streaming from their location in Warsaw. They were initially set to reveal this gameplay demo during the event starting next weekend, but has since pulled out of the event due to “logical” reasons.

PAX West is scheduled to start next weekend on August 30, 2019 running through September 3, 2019 in Seattle at the Washington State convention Center.
