Spyro Reignited Subtitles Finally Added

Latest Patch Adds Subtitles To Spyro Reignited Trilogy

The most recent release from studio Toys for Bob was the nostalgic dragon platforming adventure, Spyro Reignited Trilogy. While the game itself has won over plenty of original PlayStation enthusiasts and newcomers alike, not everyone was able to fully enjoy the experience.

Though the game released to critical acclaim back in November 2018, there was one major flaw that most games nowadays wouldn’t dream of excluding in their final release. The absence of subtitles drew plenty of concern for gamers with specific disabilities who were completely neglected due to the developers decisions included (or, not included, rather) in the trilogy.

All of that is fixed now with the latest patch from publisher Activision adding a handy toggle feature to turn subtitles on and off, similar to the way they included both the old and new soundtrack in the game. Players of all backgrounds and specific disabilities may now thoroughly enjoy the remade original Spyro trilogy with all of its humorous dialogue intact.

Along with the addition of subtitles also comes an extra toggle to turn off or on motion blur and numerous other fixes, such as performance stability, progression hindering bugs and camera issues.

Stay tuned for any more news regarding the iconic remade trilogy, including the slim possibility of seeing Spyro fly over to the Switch console.
