At EVO 2022, SNK announced the new “Team Samurai” DLC characters for The King of Fighters XV. The characters include Haohmaru, Nakoruru, and Darli Dagger from Samurai Shodown.The characters will be added to the game this Fall. Additionally, Shingo Yabuki and Kim Kaphwan have been confirmed to be part of the game’s next season in 2023. SNK also announced that Season 2 of the game will begin sometime in 2023 and will include Shingo Yabuki and Kim Kaphwan, along with cross-play support. The King of Fighters XV first launched on February 17, 2022. The game is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.
