God of War Ragnarok Gets New Launch Trailer

Sony and developer Santa Monica Studio released a new launch trailer for God of War Ragnarok in preparation for the upcoming action-adventure game. The 30-second trailer features gameplay and several cutscenes and voice lines from the game. God of War Ragnarok recently went gold and is set to launch on November 9 for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. 

The trailer’s description reads:

Join Kratos and Atreus on a mythic journey for answers before the prophesied battle that will end the world.   

All the while, the eyes of Asgard watch their every move…

From Santa Monica Studio comes the sequel to the critically acclaimed God of War (2018). Kratos and Atreus must journey to each of the Nine Realms in search of answers as they prepare for the prophesied battle that will end the world.

Together, Kratos and Atreus venture deep into the Nine Realms in search of answers as Asgardian forces prepare for war. Along the way they will explore stunning, mythical landscapes, gather allies from across the realms and face fearsome enemies in the form of Norse gods and monsters.
