According to a recent Tweet from the official Santa Monica Studio Twitter account, the upcoming God of War 20th anniversary exhibition event will not feature announcements. This goes against recent rumors regarding a God of War Trilogy remaster being announced during this event. “Pantheons collide! We’re so excited to bring a selection of the Greek and Norse cast for this God of War 20th Anniversary panel where we’ll be reflecting on the past two decades of the series,” wrote Santa Monica Studio. “With such a stellar lineup and all the anticipation we’ve seen around the anniversary, we do want to be clear that there are no planned announcements for this event,” it added. The latest title in the God of War series, God of War Ragnarok, first launched on November 9 for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
