During the recent State of Play livestream, Sucker Punch released a short teaser trailer for Ghost of Yotei. The trailer shows a brief glimpse of protagonist Atsu and a new look at her wolf companion as they watch over a conflict in the distance. The trailer also reveals that a gameplay deep dive will be released in July. Ghost of Yotei will launch on October 2 for PlayStation 5. The game takes place in 1603, in the region of the Yotei Volcano and follows a new protagonist named Atsu. He “sets out on a journey in the lands surrounding Mount Yōtei, an area filled with sprawling grasslands, snowy tundras, and unexpected dangers.”
