Publisher Purple Play and Thunder Ray developer Purple Tree have announced Punch-out inspired 2D fighting game Baki Hanma: Blood Arena. The game is based on the anime and manga series Baki and will launch in September for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. An announcement trailer was also released. The game reportedly “blends precision, timing, and shonen-style flair to deliver a high-energy combat experience.”
