Axiom Verge: Multiverse Edition arrives today

At last, after becoming one of the most influential titles in the digital indie scene, Axiom Verge finally arrives in physical format on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. The Nintendo Wii U version, also previously announced, will be available soon.

The premium Axiom Verge: Multiverse Edition box includes, along with the game in physical format: a 32-page art book full of design sketches, characters and pixel-art mock-ups; a double-sided poster with an illustration and a detailed map of the game world; and an exclusive “making-of” documentary on Blu-ray produced by 2 Player Productions with over five hours of footage.  In addition to the above-mentioned content, the Nintendo Switch version also includes an audio CD with the game´s original soundtrack, consisting of 18 chip-tune tracks.

Along with the Multiverse Edition, Axiom Verge will also be available as a standalone edition on PS4 and Nintendo Switch formats, for those users who prefer to get just the physical edition of the game.

Axiom Verge: a world reference in indie development.
The game, developed entirely by Thomas Happ over the course of five years, has garnered all sorts of praise from the press and users alike, as well as numerous awards such as the “Editor’s Choice” on the PlayStation Blog, and the game of the year mentions by Hardcore Gamer, Giant Bomb, The Game Awards, and others.
