According to Kotaku’s anonymous sources, a remake of the 2013 PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is in development. It is currently in its early stages and “will not be complete for at least a few years.” Additionally, a team at Ubisoft Singapore, a studio that worked on the original Assassin’s Creed IV will be “heavily involved in helping to modernize the Caribbean-based sailing game.” None of these claims have been confirmed by Ubisoft.
