Patapon 2 Remastered Arrives Tomorrow For PS4

Patapon 2 Remastered  will arrive tomorrow for PS4 and PS4 Pro, originally launched for Sony PSP in 2008, the game sets players as the deity of the Patapon tribe, players must lead the Patapons to great victories and fight oversized bosses.

The game has RPG mechanics, but strategy and keeping the rhythm is what’s crucial for succeeding a mission. The original Patapon 2 featured online multiplayer, the masked hero of 4 players could join to play cooperative missions. Sony Interactive Producer Nick Accordino, didn’t mentioned any online functionality for the remastered edition at the announcement of the remaster.

Farming materials is very important in the game, but Patapon 2 Remastered doesn’t forces players to repeat missions, players eventually will discover hats of dead Patapons, those will return to life thanks to Matter, the tree of life, those Patapons will bring mini-games that will provide players with the materials needed to make the Patapon army even larger.

The game has secrets hidden at every stage, several conditions might be needed  in order to unlock a secret, the game might seem short with just over 30 main story missions, but new animals depending on the weather, and with, bosses getting stronger after each fight Patapon 2 can deliver hours of end game.


“Having reached the sea cliffs on their tiny island in Patapon 1, the Patapons endless search for Earthend forces them to venture the high seas, where they battle both tempests and sea monsters of every kind. After a blood curdling battle with a giant sea beast, the Patapons’ ship crashes on the shores of a strange land and even stranger inhabitants. Who are these masked creatures that call themselves the Karmens and why are they trying to stop the Patapons from reaching Earthend? The mystery and adventures continue as the Patapons fight to reach their destiny in Patapon 2!”
