Paper Mario: Color Splash – Rescue V: Episode 3
Nintendo just released another adorable video in the multi-part series about a squad of toads helping Mario in Paper Mario: Color Splash. Paper Mario: Color Splash is one of the last titles to grace the Wii U and looks to be pretty sweet in my opinion. I love these humorous clips and hope that Nintendo continues to release these shorts up until release. Paper Mario: Color Splash will be headed to the Wii U in October.
This Paper Mario: Color Splash trailer gives an idea of what Blue Toads can do. In one part, a Blue Toad is hiding under a cardboard box to remain unseen. In another, he’s in a locker with some coffee.
Check out the Trailer:
“The game may also have more story than Sticker Star, a game that was seemingly stripped of its narrative by generally beloved Nintendo design guru Shigeru Miyamoto, who other Nintendo developers said had suggested that game be as story-light as possible. Reminded of that comment, Tabata said, “This time we have–I don’t know if I want to say a proper story–but we have a story.” She laughed when she said that and continued: “It starts from kind of mysterious opening.. You’re not sure what is going on, and as you go through the story, you’ll realize, oh this is what happens. And there’s a lot of interesting stuff that happens with you and Huey.”
