A well-known data miner on Reddit has leaked maps and more information about the upcoming Battle Royale mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
Posted by redditor u/Senescallo on Saturday, the data mined material contained several maps and images, which show a massive map, suitable for the 200 players the default battle royale options call for.
The leak lists a number of zones within this map, including the airfield, boneyard, damn, downtown, gulag, hospital, port, quarry, TV station, and more. In addition, several points of interest are mentioned such as the bank, fire station, gas station, gun store, police station, and pharmacy. Some redditors pointed out that this large map actually contains several smaller maps fans already experience when playing.

According to u/Senescallo, the battle royale mode features missions, which players can loot through finding tablets. A squad can only have one mission active at a time. Listed mission types are Tracked, Timed Run, Assassination (eliminate a specific player), Scavenger Hunt, Domination (Capture domination point), and Random.
The leak goes on to detail some loot players can acquire in battle royale: gas masks, helmets, bandages, and more, including armor pieces such as helmets and ballistic vests to reduce damage from both head shots and body shots. Many perks will also be available to players in this mode, like High Alert, which grants players vision when an enemy looks at them from outside of their FoV.
The object of a battle royale mode is, of course, to be the last player standing. According to the leak, Modern Warfare will feature respawn tokens, which players can acquire through loot. Each player may use one and only one respawn token. Respawning a teammate involves obtaining a respawn token, then taking a dead teammate’s body to the ambulance. After being dumped unceremoniously, that player will enter the Gulag queue, where they can engage in a 1v1 battle for the chance to win the right to respawn into the battle royale itself. Once a player has been revived, they must locate and activate a mobile armory to retrieve their loadout. Every so often a jail break will occur, kicking all players out of the Gulag and back into the match, and to top it off, players will be able to place bets on those fighting for their chance to respawn using Plunder.
