Gameforge, a leading Western publisher of popular multiplayer online games such as AION and Tera, has announced the official North American and European launch of Kingdom Under Fire 2, the highly-anticipated new chapter in the award-winning Kingdom Under Fire series, which originally launched to the Asian market last week.
Set in a world where three powerful factions compete for control over the land of Bersia, Kingdom Under Fire II combines the MMORPG and RTS genres in the most ambitious entry yet in the popular fantasy series, which saw its last release—Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom—over a decade ago.
In Kingdom Under Fire 2, players are able to choose from several hero classes, and may then focus on building up their individual characters, or command massive armies as war strategists. Taking place fifty years after the events of Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders, the new title features an immersive, story-driven online campaign which is can be enjoyed both solo or multiplayer.
