UFO 50 is a collection of 50 single and multiplayer games from the creators of Spelunky, Downwell, Air Land & Sea, Skorpulac, Catacomb Kids, and Madhouse. The main concept and story behind the game is that the a fictional game company UFO SOFT from the 80's that were ahead of their time, rather obscure and now have had their catalogue of game found and released as they were once thought lost. The 50 games are presented in a fictional chronological order where some games featuring sequels and visuals that evolve overtime (the games take place between 1982-1989). The games feature tons of hidden secrets and a surprisingly good lore all in a nice compilation style presentation.

The game so far has been a ton of fun with some really unique games. While they follow a retro like game they do also have some modern game mechanics which I really enjoy. The difficulty level is pretty high as well, some games are really challenging and will make you work for the achievements if you're into that. The game currently has no information on a console release yet.
